No platform fee. No monthly minimum.
You are billed on Processed GMV — product sales attributed to pages Lutiq served. The first $20,000 of that each month is included. Holdout sales do not count. If those pages are not producing attributed sales, the invoice is $0.

Each portion of monthly Processed GMV is charged at the rate for the band it falls in. Crossing a band does not change the rate on dollars already below it.
At $500,000 of Processed GMV, the bill is $9,100. First $20,000 is free. The next $380,000 is charged at 2% ($7,600). The remaining $100,000 is charged at 1.5% ($1,500).
What Processed GMV is
- The shopper was assigned to a Lutiq-served page, not the holdout.
- They purchased within 7 days of their most recent visit to that page.
- The amount is the receipt subtotal after discounts. Taxes, shipping, tips, and gift cards are excluded.
- Refunds, returns, and chargebacks reduce Processed GMV in the month they are recorded.
- Only U.S. dollar orders are included. Invoices go out on the first of the following month.
